The team removed the plastic masonry paint from my house revealing the lovely brickwork and bath stone using the DOFF steam method. They were punctual, friendly and very tidy. It’s a messy job but they took time to clean my garden, my neighbours and the street out front. Would definitely recommend!

Don't bother wasting your time, we have a commercial property to be professionally cleaned in Pontypridd and I have been calling them since 6th Oct and every time I manage to speak to Lee Clark I have been given different stories, first I was told that he was going to be away and booked the job for 25th Oct this came and went but no sign of him so I called again on 16th Nov, first he had forgotten completely about it however he assured me that he was going to a conference the next day and will call me back on Monday 20th Nov. I am still waiting for that call. I have no intention of wasting anymore time as this people have no intention of doing any work.

Thank you to CCWC for the professional service on Pull Testing our anchors at our indoor climbing wall. Staff where knowledgeable and had undertaken the appropriate research and liaised with other necessary companies to ensure that they could fulfil all requirements needed before agreeing to do the work. We contacted CCWC services because we had just got a new 25,000sqft Warehouse that needed cleaning. The new Warehouse consisted of 3 large warehouses knocked into 1 large Warehouse. Each Warehouse had white panels all the way around that had collected so much dust, grease & dirt. I contacted CCWC and I heard back from them the same day and we arranged a meeting. I was met at the Warehouse by a lovely gentleman who was super helpful and explained in details what they would do to achieve best results. When the quote was agreed a booking was made to have a team on sight to have the work done. The two gentlemen who came on sight to do the work were again so helpful, so kind and very good working guys. They managed to finish the job in a couple of days and the outcome was stunning. I was very shocked to see the huge difference the clean had made. The panels come up like new and all the walls/panels were dust, grease and dirt free. So I was a happy lady. The whole round service from the company was 10/10 from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company for any industrial cleaning like I had. What types of cleaning and maintenance services do you offer?
High level internal and external cleaning/maintenance and surveying. Using a number of differing options we are fully trained at working at height and able to use MEWPS or scaffolding which ever is the cheapest option.
What experience do you have in cleaning and maintaining buildings?
We have been cleaning high rise buildings since 2006, we are the only option for Principle contractors such as Sir Robert McAlpine, ISG and Willmott Dixon.
We have cleaned and maintained buildings such as Ty Admiral (Admiral insurance HQ). One Central Square and the new HMRC building, all in Central Square Cardiff. We also act as roof top consultants and were consulted by the architects for the new 26 floor Cardiff Bus station and offices.
Other clients include New Parkgate Hotel, The Hilton and Spa Cardiff, The Clayton Hotel, Welsh Water, Welsh Power, to name a few.
Do you have any certifications or qualifications that are relevant to your cleaning and maintenance services?
Yes, we are Safe Contractor approved, as well as CHAS Accredited which ensures totally safety on site. We have IPAF licenses for 1b Static Boom, 3a Mobile Vertical and 3b Mobile Boom, meaning we can use ANY MEWP possible. We are also PASMA trained for Scaffold erection.
We also have qualifications to test roof top man safe systems and Eye bolts for abseiling and a Fall Arrest.
How do you ensure that your employees are trained and capable of providing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services?
Our staff go through a rigorous training regime, we use a training matrix for staff. Starting with Working at Height moving on to IPAF, PASMA and more.

Do you use environmentally-friendly cleaning products and techniques?
Where possible we use environmental friendly chemicals, we never use any harsh chemicals near any waterways or allow any into storm drains.
How do you customise your cleaning and maintenance services to meet the specific needs and preferences of your clients?
Each site (anywhere in the UK) is surveyed personally by myself, this ensures that the correct procedures and correct techniques are used.
How do you handle emergencies or unexpected issues that may arise during the cleaning and maintenance process?
We always supply RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) COSSH assessments and tool box talks which mostly eradicate any issues there and then. Any emergencies such as MEWP and/or BMU failure have their own emergency decent procedures that we are fully trained in. We also learn and follow full site emergency procedures before any work is commenced.
How do you communicate with your clients to keep them informed about the status of their cleaning and maintenance services?
At the end of every shift our client will know where we are in the cleaning or maintenance program. They are supplied photographic evidence of our work, we can also capture signatures at site and give tracked evidence of our vehicles on site.
What is your pricing structure for your cleaning and maintenance services, and do you offer any discounts or packages?
Every job starts at £1 per metre plus VAT, we move up the scale depending on the severity of the clean. Cleaning and maintenance packages are our usual services, prevention is always better (and cheaper) than the cure. We do offer s=]discount for these type of packages.
