High Pressure Washing Services
The appearance of any commercial premises can have a lasting impression on your customers and staff, the last thing you want is for dirt to be visible on floors and walls. Our high-pressure washing service is a cost-effective option for businesses that want to quickly and efficiently restore the exterior of their building.
High-pressure washing is a good choice if you have tough-to-clean spots in tough-to-reach places such as Retail Parks, Business Parks and Industrial Parks, cleaning walkways, totems, glass canopies, walls and removing graffiti. However, high-pressure washing should always be carried out by a trained and qualified technician, as it can go quite awry if it’s completed incorrectly. Our experienced staff have all undertaken the necessary training and acquired the right qualifications to ensure that we do the best possible job, with the minimum possible fuss.
To CCWC, safety is paramount. No matter the premises, we will be sure that the cleaning area is as safe as possible for your visitors, your employees and our own team. We will cordon the area off, wear the relevant protective equipment and observe all of the other appropriate health and safety requirements. And of course, we will make sure that we have cleaned everything up when we are done.
Please note that we can offer a maintenance package if required.
Steam Cleaning
Superheated steam produces outstanding results, usually on the first pass and is the perfect solution for effectively cleaning and removing biological matter, general dirt and grime without causing harm or shock to the substrate.
Whilst the temperature in the system is high, the pressure on the surface being cleaned is very gentle and the volume of water is low. The surface is therefore not saturated and will be dry within minutes. The superheated water vapor will remove such things as paint, moss, algae, fungi and other biological matter and will also kill off spores. This means there’s then no need to use a chemical or biocide during the removal process or as a protection against any further biological activity.
